Roundtable meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July) in the Fellowship Hall of Louisburg United Methodist Church, 402 N. Main Street, Louisburg, NC. General Session starts at 7:00 pm.

District Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July) in the Fellowship Hall of Louisburg United Methodist Church, 402 N. Main Street, Louisburg, NC. Meeting starts 15 minutes after Roundtable ends.

Commissioners Staff meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July) in the Fellowship Hall of Louisburg United Methodist Church, 402 N. Main Street, Louisburg, NC.  Meeting is in conjunction with the District Roundtable.

Wayzeeyahtah Chapter, Order of the Arrow meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July) in the Fellowship Hall of Louisburg United Methodist Church, 402 N. Main Street, Louisburg , NC. Meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
