Roundtable meets on the third Thursday of each month at Cary LDS Church, 1811 Seabrook Ave, Cary, NC. Social begins at 6:30 pm , General Session starts at 7:00 pm. 

District Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month (except July) at at the Cary First Baptist Church, 218 South Academy Street, Cary, NC.  Meeting starts at 7:00 pm.

Commissioners Staff meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July) in the Fellowship Room of the Cary Presbyterian Church, 614 Griffis Street, Cary, NC as part of the District Roundtable.

Netami Chapter, Order of the Arrow meets on the second Thursday of each month (except July) at the Log Cabin of First United Methodist Church of Cary 218 S. Academy Street, Cary, NC. Meeting time 7:00 pm.
