At the Council level, training is planned and approved by the Council HR & Training Committee. At the District level, training is planned by the District Training Chairperson, but the training plan and budget must be approved by the Council HR & Training Committee.

The committee meets the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Council office. Every third month is dedicated strictly to District training. All are open to Scouters who are interested in the Council and District training programs. To receive an upcoming meeting agenda and minutes from the previous meeting, contact the VP of HR & Training.
